We already have an agency. Why would we need you?

Most agencies manage a single channel — paid media, or SEO, or email. We manage the system those channels feed into. If your agency is driving traffic to a store with a broken conversion path, or spending your budget on products you can't fulfil, the channel performance is a distraction. We start from the outcome — revenue and margin — and work backwards. If your current agency fits into that system, we'll tell you.

We're not at $30K/month yet. Is this still for us?

Our work is built for brands at $30K/month and above who have found product-market fit but can't get traffic to convert and return consistently. If your store converts at under 2.5% or your returning customer rate is below 20%, the ceiling is structural — not a spend problem. That's exactly what we fix.

Question 3

What does the free diagnosis actually involve? Is it just a sales call?

It's 30 minutes. Before the call, we review your store, your analytics, and your operational setup. On the call, we tell you what we found — specific bottlenecks, ranked by revenue impact. If we're the right fit to fix them, we'll say so. If we're not, we'll say that too. Either way, you leave knowing more about your store than when you arrived.

How is this different from hiring a Shopify freelancer?

A freelancer fixes what you point at. We diagnose what's actually wrong — which is usually not what you think it is. We've seen brands spend three months optimising their checkout when the problem was a 4-second product page load time. Freelancers execute tasks. We own outcomes. The distinction matters when revenue is the scoreboard.

We've tried agencies before and been burned. How do we know this is different?

Access to Shopify analytics, your ad accounts, and a 30-minute call with the person who owns the revenue number. No RFP. No six-week onboarding document. We move in the first week because the diagnosis has already done the planning work.

Do you work with brands outside the US?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We've run operations for brands in the US, UK, and UAE simultaneously — four warehouses, two time zones, one coherent system. We work asynchronously by default, with weekly calls in your timezone. Geography hasn't been a limiting factor for any of our clients.

What happens after the 90-day minimum?

Accepted Answer

Most clients continue. The 90-day minimum exists because real systems take time to build and compound — any agency promising results in 30 days is selling you something. After 90 days, we review the results against the original diagnosis, agree on what's working, and scope the next phase together. You're never locked in beyond the current term.
